Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Freshly Catered's website. By using this website and our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • "Client" refers to you, the individual or organization using our services.
  • "Services" includes catering, food preparation, and related services provided by Freshly Catered.

Payment Terms

  •  Payments are via credit card or debit card only, which will incur a 3% processing fee. 
  • Orders will be charged in full [12 hours] before your Event Time and the system will email you a receipt. 
  •  In the event your card is declined at the time of processing, you have until [8 hours] before your Event Time to provide alternative payment in full or your order will be cancelled. 
  • Payment is due 12 hours before your event.

Cancellation Policy

  •  Orders can be cancelled with a full refund up to [72 hours] before your Event Time. 
  •  After this deadline, your order may not be cancelled, and you will be charged in full, and your order will be executed. 

Liability

  • Freshly Catered is not responsible for food allergies, dietary restrictions not communicated.

Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website is owned by Freshly Catered.

Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by California Laws.

Placing or Changing Your Order 

                                                                           Online, emailed or phone orders will be accepted or can be changed up to 72 hours before your Event Time.

Cancellation Policy
